CSR/Dispatcher

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented CSR/Dispatcher to join our dynamic Home Performance team. Previously known as North Central Florida Air Conditioning, we have expanded to offer plumbing and electrical services as well. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily dispatch operations, manage and serve as the primary point of contact for technicians, clients, and internal teams. Your proactive communication skills and technical expertise will ensure seamless transportation management, optimize logistics workflows, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Duties

• Coordinate and schedule technician dispatch using field service management systems such as WEX FSM & Azuga. (You will receive training)
• Utilize GPS and GIS tools to track vehicle locations. (You will receive training)
• Communicate effectively with technicians, clients, and internal departments via multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
• Enter data accurately into systems like WEX to document dispatch details, payments, and maintenance plans. (You will receive training)

Experience

• Proven experience in dispatching or customer service roles. (Not required)
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and proficiency in phone etiquette for professional interactions.
• Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume calls efficiently.
