POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Operations Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations across all specialties within our multi-specialty outpatient practice. This individual ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, maintains regulatory compliance, and drives operational and technological performance. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with proven leadership experience in clinical operations, Joint Commission accreditation, and a strong understanding of business processes, healthcare technology, and patient experience strategy.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare operations role.
• Strong business and analytical skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and performance metrics.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Experience in a multi-specialty outpatient clinical setting.
• Prior leadership of patient experience initiatives or customer service programs.
• Familiarity with healthcare analytics platforms and EHR reporting tools.
