Job Summary
Job Description
Typical duties include but not limited to:
- Delivers, installs, troubleshoots, and operates audio visual systems, streaming platforms, and computers used in classes, meetings, conferences, and other special events.
- Ensures correct operation of audio-visual equipment, assists users with operational issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Learns to use basic software tools to enhance audio and video sources.
- Assists in processing customer requests.
- Assists in tracking tickets in work order system.
Other duties:
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Enrolled as a student at Florida Gulf Coast University and in good conduct standing with the University.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Promote a common purpose consistent with stated University goals and demonstrate a commitment to students and the learning environment.
- Possess the knowledge of general written standards and procedures utilized, and have the ability to read, interpret, and follow procedural and policy manual related to the job tasks.
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to supervision, guidance, and direction in a positive, receptive manner and in accordance with stated policies.
- Provide quality customer service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
