Florida Glass Company is hiring a Glass Installer to join our crew. We've been in Southwest Florida for over 25 years installing custom shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, table tops, windows, doors, and storefronts. - Install custom frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures (our #1 service)
- Install mirrors, glass railings, glass table tops, shelves, and specialty glass
- Install and replace windows and glass doors (residential and commercial)
- Handle glass safely — cut, carry, set, and secure tempered and annealed glass panels
- Work from job specs and measurement sheets to ensure accurate installations
- Maintain a clean job site and protect customer property
- Travel to job sites across Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties in a company truck
What We're Looking For
- Glass installation experience is a plus — but if you're handy and a hard worker, we'll train you
- Comfortable handling heavy glass panels (some panels are 100 lbs)
- Basic tool proficiency — drills, levels, silicone guns, suction cups, etc.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurement specs
- Reliable — show up on time, every day. Our customers are counting on us.
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work in Florida heat (most work is indoors, but not all)
