Summary
FFVA Mutual has an exciting opportunity for a workers’ compensation field auditor in Florida. In this position, the main responsibilities of the selected Premium Auditor will be to perform physical audits at the insured’s place of business. The territory includes much of Central Florida including Orange, Osceola, Polk and Lake Counties. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, willing to travel, has a high level of customer service, and works well in a team setting. The individual will be able to work remotely or in an office setting and will report to the Premium Audit Manager.

Responsibilities
· Schedules physical audits with policyholders at their place of business, conducting them timely and accurately.
· Obtaining and reviewing necessary records for proper classification of business operations and premium development.
· Handles audit disputes and can effectively communicate with insureds and agency personnel.
· Corresponds with insured, agent, and company personnel as needed throughout the audit process.
· Utilizing technical expertise will be able to handle complex audit issues while performing the workers’ compensation audit.
· An inventory of audits throughout Florida will be expected along with overnight travel of up to 25%.
· Phone audits and/or audit reviews as directed by the Premium Audit Manager.
· Will work with the Premium Audit Manager in meeting all department goals.
Preferred Qualifications
· At least three years of experience completing workers’ compensation audits.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Organized and detailed.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Insurance.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Willing to travel up to 25% overnight.
