Florida Floors SW is seeking an experienced Expeditor to oversee and support flooring
installations across residential and commercial job sites. This role ensures projects run
smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules with installers and project managers.
- Perform site visits to verify measurements, materials, and installation readiness.
- Ensure crews follow scope, plans, and installation standards.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and communicate updates to the office.
- Verify completion, take photos, and document progress.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and vendors
Requirements:
- Flooring installation knowledge (LVP, carpet, tile, hardwood).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel statewide.
- Ability to read plans and follow project timelines
