The primary responsibility of this position is candidate sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, Symplicity, 12Twenty, Indeed, and university career portals. The intern will work closely with our recruiting team to build candidate pipelines, support campus recruiting initiatives, and help connect qualified candidates with career opportunities at Florida Financial Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Handshake, Symplicity, 12Twenty, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct targeted searches based on hiring needs, academic backgrounds, skill sets, and geographic locations.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring opportunities.
- Assist with campus recruiting initiatives and outreach to universities and student organizations.
- Track sourcing activity and candidate information within recruiting systems and databases.
- Support candidate outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn messaging, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to sourcing and recruiting activities.
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
