Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Hours: 40/week
Location: 6550 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33634
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a Recruiting Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, sourcing platforms, social media, etc.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Prepare interview agendas, calendar invites, and logistics (virtual)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
- Coordinate with the executive team
