Role Description

As a Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding clients through some of life’s most important financial decisions. You will:

• Build deep relationships with clients and understand their goals, values, and financial priorities
• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s unique situation
• Provide investment, retirement, and tax-efficient planning strategies
• Assess insurance and risk management needs
• Support clients through ongoing communication, education, and review sessions
• Help clients reduce complexity, increase clarity, and make confident financial decisions

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in financial planning, retirement planning, or investment management

• Solid foundation in finance, economics, or business principles

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFP, CFA, or ChFC preferred

• A proactive, coachable, growth-oriented mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

• Must be a U.S. or Permanent Resident
