Patient Access - Online Scheduling Representative

We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Medical Online Scheduler to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us streamline our appointment scheduling process! As a Medical Online Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration.Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for responding to patient inquiries via phone and email and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience using electronic medical records and scheduling software.
