Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant position located in Tampa, FL. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and presenting tailored solar energy solutions. Daily tasks involve consulting with customers to determine their specific needs, offering expert guidance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also includes maintaining clear communication with clients and providing exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting roles, with a proven ability to identify and fulfill client needs
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction to foster positive client relationships
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction and professional engagement
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and the renewable energy industry is a plus
- Prior field sales experience or a background in a client-facing role is advantageous
