- Answer phone giving a great first impression warmly, ensuring people feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, including filing and maintaining organized records.
- Support office management duties such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
- Assist with clerical responsibilities including typing correspondence, managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, and supporting personal assistant duties when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring all office operations run smoothly.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
