As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment along the road, managing and inspecting your equipment daily for safety and mechanical issues, assisting with maintenance and repairs
Duties
- Operate tractors safely and efficiently to mow the grass without impeding traffic or damaging the grass.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment to keep machinery in top condition.
- Use hand tools and power tools for equipment repairs as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, areas mowed, equipment hours, and complete daily reports on time.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating machinery such as tractors or other heavy equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the day.
- Basic math skills for measuring inputs and managing inventory or feed calculations.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance tools.
- Must be an experienced, dependable, hard worker to apply!
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
