Hours and Days: Can work up to 7 days a week will be required to work days & evening hours, also weekends and holidays. The packing houses dictate when work is performed. Hours will vary depending on when packing house is running. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour. This is an OPS Temporary Full time position (hours based on crop and weather conditions). Employer has a casual dress code.
Job Duties: Will work in a food safety environment and must follow the rules of the packing houses. Will inspect produce against the US Grade standards and determine if the produce meets or fails to meet the standards.

- Minimum of 80 hours of on the job training will be required.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand frequently on a daily basis
- Bend and/or Stoop - occasionally
- Lift up to 25-50 pounds frequently on a daily basis
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must speak, read and write English to complete reports and communicate with employer, co-workers and patrons of the employer
- Valid drivers license
