Position Summary:
Enters data from residential loan application packages onto company’s computer system and completes original entry process to include processing documentation. Performs the following duties in accordance with Florida Credit Union’s policies, business-planned goals and objectives as established by the SVP of Lending and or department manager by conducting the following duties personally.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and closing home equity files for FCU service standards.
- Responsible for working cooperatively with other departments in the credit union as necessary.
- Responsible for working cooperatively with external parties in the areas of appraisers, closing agents and other vendors.
- Filing and keeping all loans clean and up to date with recorded documents to send to the vault for storage and servicing.
Qualification Requirements:
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attentional to detail
- A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.
- A current driver’s license.
