Role Description
This part-time on-site and/or on-call Courier role is based in Vero Beach, FL. The Courier will be responsible for picking up and delivering medical specimes, supplies, packages to various destinations efficiently and in compliance with set schedules. Additional responsibilities include coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring all items are handled with care. Couriers will also adhere to company policies and safety regulations during the transportation process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs professionally and courteously
- Experience in Logistics Management and Transportation to plan routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company protocols
- Familiarity with medical and parcel delivery processes is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of the Treasure Coast of Florida and surrounding areas is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Dependable vehicle available to you at all times
