Position Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Dive Supervisor to oversee training operations, ensure compliance with international standards, and support student development. The successful candidate will bring both hands-on experience and strong leadership to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise commercial diving operations in accordance with safety and training standards.
- Mentor and support student divers in both classroom and practical training environments.
- Maintain dive logs and ensure accuracy of records.
- Ensure equipment readiness, compliance, and safe operation.
- Work closely with instructional staff to support curriculum delivery.
Requirements
- DCBC Dive Supervisor Certificate – REQUIRED
- Mixed Gas Supervisor Card – Preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dive Supervisor.
- At least 250 supervisor dives logged.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to relocate.
