Job Description
Great opportunity for a front desk receptionist for our busy and highly desirable plastic surgery practice and med spa. Seeking a part-time employee. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, patient-centered, and exhibits strong ability to work in a team-based, fast-paced environment. This position is the first face and voice interaction with our patients, both in person and over the phone managing appointment requests and fielding questions, so quality customer care is very important. Position immediately available.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming patients / check-in, check-out
- Answer and field incoming calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Rooming patients
- Maintaining medical records
- Product sales and procedure scheduling
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
