The Assistant Manager of the Zoning Division provides administrative and supervisory assistance to the Division Manager in the area of administration, management of personnel, technology, and budget related issues. Assists in directing activities, programs and services of the Zoning Division to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to the County and its citizens. The Assistant Manager may also support policy initiatives or lead special projects at the request of the Division Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and five years increasingly responsible experience in zoning, planning, or development services to include two years of supervisory experience. In lieu of the degree requirements, additional relevant experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
