Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing and Content Specialist, based in Orlando, FL, with opportunities for remote work one day each week. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing content across digital platforms to engage the target audience and build brand awareness. The specialist will develop marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, generate creative and compelling content, perform market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities may include analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven improvements.
Office is located in Dr. Phillips. Office Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Must work in office at least 4 days per week.
Qualifications
- Content Creation, Writing, and Editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality and engaging materials including video content
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing
- Proficiency in market research, SEO/GEO, and analytics tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively in both remote and in-office environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- Experience or interest in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
