Key Responsibilities:


Warmly welcome patients upon arrival, creating a polished and inviting first impression that reflects the standard of our boutique practice.

Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for patients and providers, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and minimal wait times.

Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and discretion, providing clear, helpful information about services and appointments.

Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting payments and reviewing treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and office policies.

Coordinate with clinical team members to support a seamless flow of patient care throughout the day.

Handle administrative duties, such as correspondence, inventory for front office supplies, and insurance verifications or billing follow-ups (if applicable).

Uphold the appearance and atmosphere of the front office—maintaining a clean, organized, and serene environment at all times.

Anticipate patient needs and go the extra mile to ensure each visit is a smooth, positive, and personalized experience.

Support practice growth by assisting with internal marketing efforts, patient retention strategies, and maintaining a strong brand image.
