Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Behavior Technician
- Knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis practices
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certification in ABA or Behavioral Health is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain detailed records
