Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role based in Eustis, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for accurately managing financial records by preparing and analyzing financial statements, reconciling accounts, tracking financial transactions, and maintaining company financial documents. Additional tasks include recording journal entries, managing accounting software, and assisting the finance team with daily operations to maintain accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Accounting Software and familiarity with Finance principles.
- Ability to prepare and post accurate Journal Entries in accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the HVAC or energy compliance industry is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
