Florida 3D Printing Lab is seeking a professional, personable Client Communications & Administrative Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is communication-focused, managing client interactions from first inquiry through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for new and existing clients
- Manage high-volume client communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Coordinate project details between clients and the production team
- Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Prepare project estimates and manage invoicing
- Maintain organized client records
Ideal Candidate
- Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple client conversations at once
- Experience in client relations, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Reliable transportation for travel between St. Petersburg and Lutz
