What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Cleaning, Office Cleaning position at Florian's Maintenance?
We Are Hiring in Winona! part-time.
Cleaning, Custodian, Janitorial, housekeeping, & detailing ~
Current Shift: 3 evenings a week (M, W, F) 4 hours a shifts.
Flexible schedules to work around your current schedule. More Hour are available.
Basic custodial duties include but are not limited to duties such as emptying trashes, cleaning restrooms, dusting, cleaning tables, vacuuming, mopping floors, etc.
Requirements:
- Fill out company Application Form, sent by email.
- Pass a background check according to comply with company policy .
- driver’s license (and reliable transportation)
- must provide 2 local references (owners, managers, supervisors, OR trainers, teachers, mentors)
- ability to lift 40 lbs.
- ability to follow written instructions
- ability to safely handle chemicals and waste products
- ability to swoop, bend, or crouch continuously throughout each shift.
- must live in or within 10 miles to Winona MN, or site.
