Florham Park Golf Club is looking for a fun, outgoing, and energetic individual to join our team for the upcoming golf season!
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a social environment, enjoys getting to know people, and brings positive energy wherever they go.
This isn’t your typical hospitality job! We’re looking for someone who can help make our league nights, golf outings, and special events memorable through genuine hospitality, great conversation, and a little playful personality.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage with members during weekly golf leagues, outings, and special events.
- Circulate throughout the clubhouse, providing friendly and attentive beverage service.
- Build relationships with members and create a fun, upbeat, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Bring great conversation, a sense of humor, and positive energy to every shift.
- Confidently manage the clubhouse floor independently, with additional support during larger events.
- Assist with event setup, organization, and occasional catered functions.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting clubhouse environment.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- An interest in golf, familiarity with the game, or previous experience working at a golf club is a huge plus, but absolutely not required!
- Previous hospitality or event experience is helpful, but personality and attitude are what matter most!
Position Details
- Seasonal, part-time position.
- Primarily weekday afternoons and evenings for golf leagues, with additional opportunities during outings and special events.
- Flexible scheduling based on club events.
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
