Flores Innovations LLC is looking for dependable and hardworking people to join our grain bin construction crew as Floor Installers.
No previous grain bin experience is required but preferred. We are looking for people who are willing to learn, work well with a crew, and take pride in doing the job right.
Responsibilities
- Install grain bin floors and related components
- Install and work around fans, vents, and other grain bin equipment
- Assist with sweeping and preparing grain bin floors
- Use hand and power tools as needed
- Assist with general grain bin construction and installation
- Follow instructions from crew leads and work safely
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Construction, labor, mechanical, or hands-on experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Able to perform physical work for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors and in different weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and around equipment
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to work 10 hour shifts when required
- Willing and able to travel to different project locations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Pay
Starting at $18/hour
