We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to help with both basic yard care and more advanced landscape projects. This position is perfect for someone who wants stable work and is willing to learn. --- Responsibilities Basic Lawn Care (training provided) Lawn mowing Weed eating / trimming Blowing leaves Basic edging Raking and general cleanup Landscape Maintenance Mulching Shrub trimming Hedge trimming Grass seeding / overseeding Aeration (if trained) Fertilizer application (granular) Weed control (basic, non-chemical unless certified) Pre-emergent application Brown spot prevention (simple treatment steps) Landscape Projects Installing edging (stone, metal, brick, plastic) Spreading gravel or mulch Installing small landscape features Planting small trees and shrubs Installing or repairing landscape borders Irrigation System Tasks (only simple, non-licensed work unless you have a license) Checking irrigation zones Cleaning clogged sprinkler heads Replacing broken sprinkler heads Adjusting spray patterns Minor troubleshooting (no electrical or deep plumbing) Tree Work Removing small trees (under 6–10 inches diameter) Cutting fallen limbs Basic pruning (No climbing or large removals unless experienced)
