Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Duties

• Safely operate cranes, boom trucks to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites or industrial locations
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and equipment to ensure optimal safety and functionality
• Coordinate with team members to plan lifting sequences and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance logs
• Assist with shipping & receiving tasks by loading and unloading materials efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries during operations

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Crane Operator from an accredited program or authority
• Proven experience operating cranes OR boom trucks
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
• Strong understanding of rigging techniques and materials handling procedures
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting equipment between sites
• Construction site experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes and warehouse operations
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and site managers
