Florence Toyota is one of the busiest Toyota dealerships in the region, averaging 70–80 appointments daily. We need sharp, customer‑focused advisors who know how to manage a full board, build customer trust, and drive results.
What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of customer write‑ups daily in a professional, efficient manner
- Communicate vehicle needs clearly between customers and technicians
- Provide accurate estimates, timely updates, and outstanding customer follow‑through
- Identify additional service needs and present menu maintenance options
- Maintain strong CSI scores and build long‑term customer relationships
- Work closely with service management to hit department goals
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience required
- Toyota or import brand experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of strong CSI scores and high hours per RO
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS
- Confident communicator — phone, in‑person, and digital
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple ROs simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with clean record
