- Valid New Jersey Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped
- Experience providing pull-out and/or resource replacement small-group instruction
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain clear behavioral expectations and consistent classroom routines
- Strong skills in differentiated instruction to meet student needs
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
