Qualifications
- Florence Township School district is seeking a qualified school nurse to assist in reviewing and verifying student athletic forms for the 2026-2027 school year.
- Review student athletic forms and registrations for completion and accuracy
- Verify required medical documentation for student-athlete participation
- Review information in Genesis related to athletic registration and health documentation
- Communicate with administration, the athletic department, and the school physician, as needed
- Assist with ensuring student-athlete documentation is organized and ready for the start of the athletic season
- Maintain confidentiality of student health information.
- Valid New Jersey School Nurse Certificate
- Knowledge of athletic forms, student health documentation, and school medical clearance procedures
- Experience using Genesis or similar student information systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with school physician and athletic office
