Shift Differential starts at 3:00PM $3.75 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute and chronic wounds, including assessment, treatment, and education
- Develop and implement individualized wound care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Perform routine wound care duties, including dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
- Educate patients and families on wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and self-care practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Alabama
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely records
