Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
- Reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Assist servers with food delivery and guest requests.
- Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
- Stock and replenish plates, silverware, napkins, glassware, and other supplies.
- Assist with opening and closing side work.
- Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards.
- Support teamwork between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and health department regulations.
