What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA PT Weekend Warrior position at Florence Home?

Available Shifts:
- FT/CNA - (2p-10:15p)- Bath Aide at least two years' experience needed
- PT/CNA - (2p-10:15p)- weekends
Our CNA Care Partners will:
- Provide a variety of services under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to maintain and support resident's quality of life.
- Assist with daily living activities, including social interaction, community connection, dressing, feeding, and bathing.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document timely and accurate information in electronic health records systems.
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
- Administer quality customer care so that we may help our residents live lives to their fullest.
We require our CNA Care Partners to:
- Be CNA certified and registered in the state of Nebraska (75-hour training program)
- Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
