What You’ll Do
As a Shipping Forklift Operator, you’ll focus on the outbound movement of product and accuracy of pulling orders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
- Move materials to and from production and shipping areas
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and proper handling
- Stage, stock, and organize materials to support production flow
- Accurately complete and submit shipping/receiving documentation
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (recommended)
Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
Forklift experience preferred - certification completed onsite
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail
Basic math and documentation skills
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn, cross-train, and support other areas as needed
Physical & Work Environment Expectations
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (heavier with assistance or equipment)
Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise
Exposure to vibration, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
