Florence Corporation is the nation's leading manufacturer in quality multi-unit mailboxes. We are now hiring a 1st shift cycle counter in our receiving department!
1st shift hours: 5am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday work.

What you will do
- Reconcile Inventory Discrepancies
- Analyze and determine reasons for inventory discrepancies. Review negative inventory reports to determine if procedural problems exist.
- Randomly audit processes and procedures across all departments. Provide feedback to all departments and management.
- Work in conjunction with the cycle counters to maintain an active cycle count program. Provide support to the cycle counters to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear proper PPE
- Attend and constructively participate in safety meetings and safety training
- Actively promote safety
- Cooperate with fellow employees and supervisor
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with other work groups, both within and outside of his/her department
- Participate in problem solving as directed
- Recommend ideas for continual improvement.
- Keep area clean and free from excess clutter to ensure a smooth operation and desirable work conditions
- Understanding and demonstrated performance in managing component parts associated with the job.
