What You’ll Be Doing
As a Shop Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer enjoys a top-notch experience while supporting your team to thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting barista teams to deliver excellent service.
- Coaching employees on performance, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Maintaining shop cleanliness and operational standards.
- Communicating with management through bi-weekly reports.
- Organizing team meetings and sharing company updates.
- Assisting with scheduling, deposits, inventory management, and shop organization.
- Promoting strong team morale, accountability, and a culture of teamwork.

- Experience: At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
