Duties

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing.
- Maintain organized stock levels through effective stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Support store presentation by arranging displays that highlight seasonal products and promotional items.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via in-person interactions or multilingual communication when applicable.
- Process transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail math calculations and cash reconciliation.
- Help maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
