After our viral product launch earlier this year, we’ve scaled up to hundreds of thousands of users and are used by many of the world's top creative teams (e.g. Pentagram, MSCHF, Lionsgate, Netflix).

About the Role
We’re looking to bring on a GTM & Operations hire to help build and scale FLORA— from events and partner programs, to the systems that power how we go to market. You’ll design and execute the initiatives that shape how FLORA shows up in the world. This role is equal parts creative strategy and operational hustle.
How You'll Make an Impact
You’ll be responsible for launching, executing, and evolving the programs that bring FLORA to our community and customers:
Events
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of all FLORA-hosted events — from concept to production.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate FLORA’s participation in industry events — from speaking opportunities to creative activations.
GTM & Community
- Lead partnership programs like FLORA’s Creative Partner and Expert communities — recruiting and onboarding new members, launching initiatives that strengthen engagement, and driving meaningful impact for both our partners and the business.
- Partner with Growth and Sales to operationalize and execute on marketing campaigns.
- Implement workflows and automations that streamline sales operations and improve the customer experience.
Company Operations
- Support company-wide operations, spanning office logistics, people & culture initiatives, and internal process improvements.
