Cannabis Operations Manager

FL Consulting Group LLC is the Staffing Manager of Flora Craft Brands (www.floraarbor.com), an IL-licensed craft cannabis grower. Flora is a commercial cannabis cultivator and processor that blends process and technology together for a superior product. With over 100 years of combined experience in the cannabis industry, our team prides itself on creating exceptional offerings and developing personal relationships with Dispensaries around the state of Illinois.

We are currently looking for multiple team members that represent our Core Values: Quality, Relationships, Education and Reliability. We are a small team and we must have a team-oriented culture with personal accountability and responsibility. You will be expected to work closely with our Sales and Manufacturing Teams (Grow and Infusion) to coordinate efforts to make sure product quality is premium and the customer experience is exceptional.

Your responsibilities may evolve and expand over time but will include the following:

Manufacturing Production and Post Production oversight and coordination of inventory, packaging, labeling, and transport. Managing the resources, deliverables and productivity of our Grow and Infusion Teams to ensure that product quality is consistent with our Company vision.

Oversight of Inventory Management, Compliance administration of BioTrack/METRC and Staffing and Resource Planning.

We are looking for team members with experience with the cannabis industry and we are constantly investing time and training in our employees. We are looking for high energy people with strong work ethic, steller communication skills, and the ability to work as a team and hold themselves accountable.
