About This Role
Home Care CNA for PACE participants in the Newport area. Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, eating assistance) and light homemaking per individual care plans, with RN oversight during observation visits. Document ADLs/IADLs in AxisCare. May also work in PACE-RI Day Centers as assigned; rotating weekends/holidays as assigned. Requires RI CNA license, CPR, driver's license and reliable transportation (community-based travel required). 1 year CNA and elderly-care experience preferred, not required. Pay not yet posted — we've asked PACE and will publish it as soon as it's confirmed.
