Job Title: Early Morning Food Truck Barista & Baker
Shift: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Monday – Friday) 6:30am-1pm (Saturdays)

Job Summary
Are you a morning person who loves the smell of fresh coffee and baked goods? We are looking for a reliable, energetic Food Truck Barista & Baker to kickstart our mornings! In this role, you will be the backbone of our early morning rush.
You will start your day at 5:30 AM baking fresh goods, prepping breakfast favorites like egg sandwiches and bagels, and crafting premium espresso drinks for our community. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making people's mornings brighter, we want you on our team!Core Responsibilities
- Morning Baking & Prep (5:30 AM): Arrive early to bake fresh pastries, prep bagels, and cook hot breakfast items, including egg sandwiches.
- Barista Operations (6:00AM) Grind, pull, and craft high-quality espresso drinks, coffees, and teas quickly and accurately.
- Cashier (6:30AM): Greet early morning commuters with a warm smile, take orders accurately, and process payments using our POS system.
Responsibilities
- Food Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workspace. Follow strict local food handling and sanitation guidelines inside the truck.
- Restocking & Closeout: Keep ingredients stocked during the rush and help clean/shutdown the truck at the end of the shift by 1:30 PM.
Qualifications & Skills
- Early Bird: Must be highly reliable and punctual for 5:30 AM shifts.
- Coffee or food Experience a must: experience as a barista and in food preparation (specifically breakfast/baking) is highly preferred.
- Fast-Paced Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in tight spaces, and multitask efficiently during the morning rush.
Extra Benefit: Free coffee all day while working, coffee discount during days off, one meal per day provided.
Cash and Credit card tips split within 2 workers.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
