Floorworks & Alpha Mitigation is looking to add motivated and dependable team members to our growing restoration division. We are currently seeking:
- IICRC WTR Certified Technician
- IICRC AMRT Certified Technician
Candidates with Xactimate and MICA experience are highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
Position Details
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- On-call rotation every other week for after-hours emergency support
Responsibilities
- Water mitigation and restoration services
- Mold remediation and containment
- Equipment setup and monitoring
- Documentation and job reporting
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and insurance representatives
- Following IICRC standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- IICRC WTR and/or AMRT certification preferred
- Xactimate and MICA experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in emergency response environments
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must pass background screening (no criminal record)
