FlooringMaster is on a mission to become the #1 flooring brand in Florida. We operate multiple locations across Central Florida and are rapidly expanding. Our Riverview location is our newest and biggest retail showroom — designed to set the standard for all future stores.
We’re looking for a rockstar General Manager to take ownership of this flagship store and help shape the future of our brand.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and grow a high-performing retail sales team
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience for every homeowner and contractor
- Optimize the showroom layout, customer flow, and sales process
- Drive performance through KPIs: close rate, ticket size, foot traffic conversion
- Implement and improve store processes to prepare for multi-location expansion
- Work closely with leadership to test and refine the FlooringMaster retail model
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years managing a high-volume retail location (flooring, home improvement, or big box a huge plus)
- Proven ability to build and manage a team
- Strong understanding of customer service, sales, and retail operations
- Organized, process-driven, and passionate about constant improvement
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Motivated by growth and long-term career potential
