Summary/objective
The Strategic Warehouse Supervisor is a confidential leadership role responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations while driving long-term operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Operational Oversight
Develop and implement long-term warehouse strategies to support growth, reduce operational costs, and improve productivity.
Evaluate current processes and create strategic improvement plans to enhance workflow, space utilization, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with leadership on confidential initiatives including warehouse expansion, automation projects, staffing plans, and equipment investments.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Inventory & Logistics Management
Oversee inventory control strategies to ensure high levels of accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
Implement strategic cycle-counting programs and optimize storage methods.
Lead initiatives to improve receiving, shipping, and distribution processes.
Leadership & Team Development
Provide confidential coaching and performance management of warehouse leadership and staff.
Evaluate staffing needs and design long-term workforce plans.
Partner with HR on confidential personnel matters and succession planning within warehouse operations.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure warehouse safety programs are strategically planned, maintained, and continuously improved.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
5 years of warehouse leadership experience, including strategic planning responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, distribution models, inventory strategies, and logistics.
Experience leading confidential initiatives and working with executive-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and analytical tools.
