Summary/objective
Responsible for working directly with customers and support eCommerce sales
Essential functions

- Answering phone calls
- Enter orders into RollMaster
- Processing orders
- Working with vendors to ensure stock and delivery times
- Processing samples orders for customers
- Work with vendors and sales representatives to reconcile pricing discrepancies
- Assisting the eCommerce teams with closing/finalizing orders

Required education and experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and/or Google Suite
- Database administration
Preferred education and experience:
- RollMaster knowledge
- Adobe Acrobat
- Working in retail, and or resale environment
- Flexibility with a variety of assigned tasks
