Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounts payable functions while assisting with general administrative tasks to keep office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, sending emails, creating orders/invoices/POs, and proofreading documents
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders/packing slips
- Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments
- Maintain organized AP files and documentation
- Ensure proper documentation is received for all new hires
- Inputting data for processing weekly payroll for employees/subcontractors
- Creating purchase orders for internal inventory transfers
- Assist with vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits as needed
- Support month-end AP closing procedures
- Completing annual business license renewals
- Provide executive support across multiple stores
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Desk Receptionist, or similar Clerical role
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Google Suite and other office software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- High school diploma required
- A respectful and kind demeanor

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
