Our team is looking for a motivated and client-oriented Flooring Project Manager to manage flooring projects from inception to completion. You will act as the primary liaison for our clients, coordinating teams, materials, and schedules to guarantee high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to evaluate flooring requirements and deliver precise estimates
- Maintain client relationships and function as their main point of contact
- Organize installers, materials, and synchronize timelines
- Ensure the quality of the project and its timely completion
- Address on-site issues and keep projects progressing as planned
- Supervise multiple flooring projects at the same time

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of flooring estimating and/or project management experience is required
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow-through with clients
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, if needed
- Familiarity with Google Suite and mobile technology usage
- Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend appointments, if needed
- Able to pass a background check
- Clean driving record
