CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - FLOORING

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Flooring Project Manager to oversee multiple flooring projects and ensure each job is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple flooring projects simultaneously.
- Schedule installations and coordinate with installers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality of work.
- Conduct job-site visits and ensure projects run smoothly.
- Communicate with customers and resolve job-site issues as they arise.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company expectations.
Requirements
- Previous project management experience; flooring or construction experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
- Reliable transportation — a personal truck is required.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Ability to travel between job sites as needed.
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual preferred

- Must be comfortable managing crews, coordinating schedules, and overseeing job sites
- Hands-on work may be required.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
